Why Speed Optimizer plugin should be enabled on SiteGround hosting

    It should be enabled to allow SiteGround cache auto-dropping from Accelerator.

    All other optimization options should be disabled (they are shown in onscreen instructions as well):
    - File-Based Caching
    - Minify the HTML Output
    - Minify JavaScript Files
    - Combine JavaScript Files
    - Defer Render-blocking JavaScript
    - Minify CSS Files
    - Combine CSS Files
    - Web Fonts Optimization
    - Lazy Load Media
