Blank Settings page

    If you see white screen instead of the settings it may be:
    1. EULA haven't been accepted in admin notifications, probably admin notifications are disabled, please, enable it. If it doesn't help, please, enter this URL 'wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=seraph_accel_act&fn=acceptEula' and reload the settings page.
    2. PHP 8.2 on some environment can be a reason, pls, refresh the settings page. If it doesn't help, please, change PHP version and check again.
